Ciprian Cezar Tudorascu, a highly qualified UEFA A Licence Coach, with extensive management experience holding positions such as Head of Youth Development, Technical Director and Academy Manager.

Already more than 20 years experience with successes international football, on the highest level in youth football.

Working worldwide gives me an extensive knowledge of different mentalities, different cultures, different languages and helped me become a better person.

I graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Sports Sciences.
